




**We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Training Supervisor** to join our team at **CONEJO CORRIENDO**. The person in this position will be responsible for **coordinating the recruitment of operational and administrative staff**, as well as **monitoring training and onboarding timelines**, ensuring new hires have an appropriate start in operations. They will oversee **the talent acquisition team**, implementing effective recruitment strategies—primarily for parcel delivery operations—and guaranteeing achievement of coverage targets. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the recruitment and selection process for the region. * Coordinate recruitment and field strategies. * Monitor generalist staff in executing recruitment and training activities. * Track training and onboarding timelines for new hires. * Coordinate with operational areas regarding start dates and onboarding. * Monitor recruitment and training KPIs. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in talent acquisition (preferably in courier or logistics). * Experience leading recruitment teams. * Knowledge of operational and administrative recruitment (Recruitment 2\.0\). * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation. * Effective communication skills and proactive attitude. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth opportunities. * Life insurance and medical expense insurance.
