




Responsible for the recruitment department within the Human Resources area, preferably a graduate in Psychology. * Experience: Not required (important to have a clear idea of basic activities; having experience will be a plus) * Education: * Knowledge: Recruitment strategies and digital tools. **Hard Skills (Technical)** * Administration: Ability to organize and manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. * Digital: Proficiency with tools for designing advertisements and posting job vacancies on social media. * Sales and Negotiation: Skills to "sell" the company to candidates and negotiate hiring terms. **Soft Skills (Interpersonal)** * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with candidates. * Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one's own emotions and those of others, building strong relationships. * Active Listening: Ability to attentively listen to candidates and understand their needs and expectations.
