Ensuring labor compliance and organizational development **Human Resources Department Head** Location: **On-site – Celaya, Guanajuato** Position Type: **Full-time** **Main Responsibilities:** * Align the Human Resources strategy with business objectives and General Management. * Design, structure, and monitor the organization (positions, roles, lines of authority, and processes). * Supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent retention processes. * Manage employee performance, feedback, and development plans. * Address and prevent labor conflicts, promoting a healthy and orderly organizational climate. * Monitor workplace climate, turnover, and performance indicators. * Ensure labor compliance through a preventive and strategic approach. * Development and growth in departmental improvement areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Strategic Human Resources management. * Mexican labor legislation and labor relations. * Handling IDSE, SUA, and procedures before IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Employee hiring, termination, and salary adjustments. * Handling and follow-up of labor audits. * Regulatory compliance with STPS standards (NOM\-035, NOM\-030, and related norms). * Recruitment, performance, workplace climate, and organizational culture. * HR metrics management and executive reporting. * Preparation and maintenance of personnel files. * Policies, internal regulations, and organizational discipline. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Administration. **Experience:** 5 years in Human Resources positions with strategic focus and team leadership experience. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits, Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, SGMM, Life Insurance. * Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract * Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
