Description:
**Main Functions and Responsibilities**

* Ensure the national fleet remains in motion to meet operational logistics requirements.
* Proactively secure the release of vehicles detained at impound lots.
* Supervise proper vehicle release from impound lots and coordinate towing payments where applicable.
* Manage insurer cost absorption where appropriate.
* Supervise execution of vehicle-related procedures (registrations, deregistrations, replacements, and license plate reissuances).
* Validate documentation for all completed vehicle-related procedures.
* Supervise towing and impound lot providers, as well as monthly expense verification.
* Supervise local loading and unloading permit management.
* Supervise annual fleet TR2\ registration tax payment.
* Supervise process compliance and performance indicators for internal and external managers.
* Submit weekly report on detained vehicles, including cause and committed delivery date.
