Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Mar 18, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: **Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Ensure the national fleet remains in motion to meet operational logistics requirements. * Proactively secure the release of vehicles detained at impound lots. * Supervise proper vehicle release from impound lots and coordinate towing payments where applicable. * Manage insurer cost absorption where appropriate. * Supervise execution of vehicle-related procedures (registrations, deregistrations, replacements, and license plate reissuances). * Validate documentation for all completed vehicle-related procedures. * Supervise towing and impound lot providers, as well as monthly expense verification. * Supervise local loading and unloading permit management. * Supervise annual fleet TR2\ registration tax payment. * Supervise process compliance and performance indicators for internal and external managers. * Submit weekly report on detained vehicles, including cause and committed delivery date. * KPI Management **Required Competencies** --------------------------- * Leadership and team supervision * Negotiation and management with suppliers and authorities * Documentation organization and control * Results-oriented approach and problem solving * Operational indicator analysis * Effective communication
