




**Aris is seeking an HR Generalist in Independencia – Tultitlán, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Objective Provide comprehensive support for HR processes, ensuring the proper execution of administrative, operational, and employee-facing activities, aligned with internal policies and current labor regulations. Responsibilities Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviews, and follow-up. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Track employee files and manage document control. Prepare payroll previews, process attendance incidents, resolve payroll inquiries, and provide employee support. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs. Support labor relations, incident management, and organizational climate initiatives. Assist in delivering training programs and internal events. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Prepare departmental reports and key performance indicators. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist. Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll processes, and recruitment. Intermediate Excel proficiency.
