Job stability Position: HR Assistant **CDMX \|Álvaro Obregón On-site mode** The company is seeking an **HR Assistant** to join its administrative team, providing support in hiring processes, document control, incident handling, and personnel administration. ### **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting and managing employment contracts. * Compiling, validating, and controlling physical and digital personnel files. * Recording and updating information in databases (Excel). * Coordinating employee registrations with IMSS and the Payroll Department. * Tracking personnel movements (hires, terminations, changes). * Validating official documents (INE, RFC, CURP, NSS). * Controlling and safeguarding payroll slips and administrative documentation. * Assisting with termination settlements and employee terminations. * Handling administrative incidents and payroll clarification requests. * Organizing active and inactive archives. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in administrative or HR tasks**. * Proficiency in **basic to intermediate Excel**. * Knowledge of Human Resources processes (operational level). * Experience in document control and file management. ### **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: $14,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Development in the Human Resources area Work location: Álvaro Obregón, CDMX (across from Francia Metrobus Station)
