**Accounting Analyst** **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco (Modern Colony) **Salary:** $24,000 gross monthly **Performance Bonus:** Approx. $2,852 (starting from the 3rd month) **Meal Vouchers:** $1,150 monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 am \- 05:00 pm **Job Description** We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring the company’s accounting, tax, and financial control. This person will be in charge of recording transactions, supervising payroll processes, and maintaining compliance with obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service) and IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), ensuring accurate and reliable financial information. **Responsibilities** * Record revenues, expenses, provisions, amortizations, and depreciations. * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings in accordance with current regulations. * Calculate and file taxes. * Execute IMSS transactions: registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications. * Supervise and validate payroll calculations in **NOMINPAQi** and CFDI stamping. * Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. * Prepare information and support internal, external, or tax audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (degree not mandatory). * Minimum **2 years** of experience in general or tax accounting. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Accounting, Banking, and Payroll (NOMINPAQi)**. * Knowledge of **SUA, IDSE, SAT Portal, and IMSS Digital**. * Solid understanding of tax regulations, IMSS obligations, and document control. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork.
