An industrial company is looking for personnel with experience in general accounting..... **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** You will provide timely support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, compliance with tax obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service), and administrative control, contributing to the monthly accounting close. **Key Responsibilities and Experience:** * **Accounting Recordkeeping and Journal Entry Control:** Recording income, expense, and general journal entries; registering supplier, service provider, and customer invoices, as well as controlling accounting accruals. * **Tax Compliance and SAT Obligations:** Preparation and submission of the monthly DIOT (Information Return on Operations with Third Parties) for individuals and legal entities; handling monthly SAT obligations for individuals; and supporting tax-related requests. * **Reconciliations and Accounting Close:** Weekly reconciliation of SAT invoicing vs. ERP data (issued, received, and payment complements); direct support during the monthly accounting close. * **Administrative and Document Control:** Physical and digital filing of accounting documentation; basic review of CFDIs (fiscal data, amounts, and dates); and responding to internal departmental requests. * **Financial Monitoring and Operational Control:** Weekly follow-up on accounts receivable; monthly physical inventory count of materials. **Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant degree holder * Minimum 2 years of experience * Proficiency in the SAT portal * Invoice and journal entry management skills * Audit support experience (desirable) * Intermediate Excel skills Working hours: Mon–Fri, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. **We Offer:** * $15,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers (10% of salary) * Savings fund * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Excellent growth opportunity If you are interested, do not hesitate to apply.
