




Job Summary: Attends to domestic and international guests, performs check-in/check-out, manages reservations, and coordinates requests in Spanish and English, ensuring high-quality service. Coordination of special requests with other departments. * Receive and attend to domestic and international guests. * Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Answer telephone calls, emails, and requests in Spanish and English. * Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, and tourist attractions. * Coordinate special requests with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations). * Manage reservations and modifications in the system. * Handle cash collections, billing, and cash drawer reconciliations (as applicable). * Record incidents and follow up on complaints or requests. * Comply with policies, procedures, and service and brand standards.
