Organizes the equipment and supplies needed on their cart for their work shift. Enters rooms following the procedure established by the brand. Cleans rooms in accordance with established quality controls and procedures. Ensures proper use of chemical products as per the brand's established procedure. Ensures all room utilities are turned off (lights, AC, TV, etc.). Ensures the TV is set to the designated channel in clean, vacant rooms. Ensures linens placed in the room are recorded in the housekeeping report. Reports visible, unsecured valuables to the front office department. Reports any guest belongings left behind upon room checkout to the front office department.
