We are a leading company in the Graphic Arts manufacturing sector; currently seeking talent for the position of ***Warehouse Assistant.*** ***Objective:*** Responsible for controlling, supplying, and providing all inventory required for various tasks such as production, product photography, compositions, assemblies, etc., as well as samples required by other departments. ***Education:*** * Completed high school / Technical Superior degree. (Completed) ***Schedule:*** \- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ***Experience:*** · 2 years or more as a warehouse clerk. . 1 year or more as a production assistant. (Desirable) **Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate Office skills * Cycle inventories * Data entry and inventory control. ***Tools and/or Machinery to be Used:*** * PC usage * Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ***Key Responsibilities:*** 1\. Receiving samples sent by link and/or client. 2\. Entering products into inventory. 3\. Labeling and placing samples in their designated locations. 4\. Fulfilling production and departmental order requests. 5\. Processing order requests in the company’s ERP system. 6\. Preparing customer returns. 7\.
