Excellent working environment **IMPORTANT: INTERLOMAS AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP** **SEEKING: PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ADVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Mechanical Technician or High School Diploma * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 22–45 years old * Marital status: Unrestricted * Experience: Prior experience as a service advisor at an automotive dealership (mandatory requirement) * Knowledge: Preferably previous work experience at an automotive dealership or in a similar position; basic mechanical knowledge; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; vehicle reception; proficient computer use; ability to drive and valid driver’s license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Serve customers by receiving their vehicles and determining required services; perform visual inspections of the engine, dashboard, and tires.** * Inform customers and provide quotations for additional services identified by technicians, obtaining customer authorization prior to execution. * Verify technicians’ diagnoses to proceed with quoting services to customers. * Track customer service progress. **WE OFFER:** **Base salary + commissions.
