Management of non-conforming materials Job Description: Ensure that materials received, stored, and dispatched from the warehouse comply with quality specifications established by the company and by customers, thereby contributing to regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of logistical processes. **Responsibilities:** Verify, through physical and documentary inspection, that received materials meet required technical specifications, certifications, and quality standards. Perform sampling, measurements, and tests according to established procedures to accept or reject materials. Record and document inspection and audit results in the corresponding forms or systems. Ensure proper identification, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming materials in the warehouse. Guarantee that stored products are correctly identified (quantities, product, complete information on labels). Address potential customer incidents; handle sample requests, jointly evaluate with the responsible person, and coordinate and implement tasks according to the action plan developed.
