Serviconstrucciones Lasaro seeks a "Unit Price Analyst" with verifiable experience of 3 to 5 years in a construction company and proficiency in Neodata. Required Profile: * Education: Civil Engineer, Engineer, Architect or related degree (certified). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a construction company. * Proficiency in Neodata. * Knowledge of unit prices, budgets, tenders, and cost control. * Experience in developing item catalogs, matrices, and resource breakdowns. * Familiarity with applicable regulations (Public Works Law, bidding procedures, etc.). Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices in Neodata based on item catalogs, resource breakdowns, and actual productivity rates. * Evaluate economic proposals submitted in public tenders, restricted invitations, and direct awards, verifying their reasonableness and regulatory compliance. * Prepare budgets. * Gather current market information to update the cost database. * Determine construction volumes. * Coordinate with the Operations Department to manage the total budget and ensure appropriate dispatch management. * Develop the construction schedule jointly with the Operations Department. * Create and maintain an updated database containing cost parameters for productivity, materials, and labor for comparative analysis. * Review contractors' budgets. * Develop the item catalog. * Prepare and analyze item catalogs, matrices, and resource breakdowns. * Generate competitive economic proposals, ensuring data quality and deliverables.
