




Leading company providing plastic injection and product assembly services to national and international companies. **SEEKING QUALITY SUPERVISOR.** **LANGUAGE: BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH** **Position Purpose:** Manage and coordinate the finished product inspection team to ensure release of critical products (L1) and new projects (where applicable), meeting customer requirements to satisfy their needs. **Work Experience (Areas, Departments, Functions):** Ensure that critical materials (L1, new projects where applicable) pass through the inspection area prior to shipment. * Ensure that products released by quality inspectors comply with each customer’s applicable certifications, packaging standards, and labels indicating inspection and test status. * Ensure continuous training of quality inspectors in the supervisor’s area (quality criteria, quality checkpoints, quality alerts, packaging standards) to prevent non-conforming product from reaching customers. * Conduct performance evaluations of personnel under supervision. * Ensure that the supervisor’s area and all areas under supervision comply with the 5S standard. * Do not permit any rework in the supervisor’s area; return materials failing to meet required quality standards to production and request corrective actions. * Ensure that each inspection station has the required documentation to perform product inspections. * Generate, disseminate, and post statistical data on inspected product performance within the area. * Actively participate in conducting Layered Process Audits (LPAs). * Serve as area responsible during internal/external audits. * Communicate to personnel under supervision quality alerts related to customer issues. * Know, apply, and ensure compliance with the Non-Conforming Product procedure. * Ensure generation of required records within the area. * Submit at least one area improvement proposal per month. **General Knowledge and/or Technical Skills Required for the Position:** * Problem analysis * Quality tools * IATF 16949 * LPAs * Statistical analysis * 5S **Required Competencies or Skills:** * Proactive * Leadership * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Honesty * Personnel management * Conflict management **WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** $15,000.00–$17,000.00 * **Benefits:** Statutory * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm — Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$17,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of IATF 16949? * Do you have knowledge of LPAs?
