Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** Participate in the strategic planning of the responsible department, managing and maximizing allocated resources to effectively and efficiently achieve operational goals and targets related to Customers, Investors, and People. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** * Familiarity with and ability to interpret the current IATF 16949 standard. * Knowledge of and ability to apply Core Tools. * Knowledge of and ability to ensure controls for critical product characteristics. * Knowledge of dimensional inspection. * Understanding of stamping processes and assembly processes involving welding applications. * Experience in launching new products / processes. * Strategic deployment of objectives. * Personnel management. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Required Experience: \+4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
