Opportunity for growth in industrial projects. **Job Objective:** Ensure on-site work execution complies with established construction processes, technical specifications, executive project documentation, local regulations, and applicable design criteria. Reports directly to the Civil Works and Earthworks Coordinator, providing specialized technical support to guarantee project quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** \*Verify that construction processes are executed in accordance with project specifications and current regulations. \*Supervise correct implementation of design criteria on site, ensuring technical quality of work. \*Conduct periodic on-site inspections to validate compliance with quality standards. \*Prepare technical reports, quality logs, checklists, and photographic evidence. \*Identify technical deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. \*Support review of drawings, specifications, and design criteria together with the technical team. \*Participate in internal and external audits, as well as quality and progress meetings. \*Train operational staff on good construction practices and quality criteria. \*Laboratory tests and material testing (concrete, soil, steel, asphalt). \*Desirable experience in road, railway, or industrial infrastructure projects. **Requirements:** \*Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering degree; possession of a **degree certificate** is mandatory. \*Minimum 5 years of experience. \*Knowledge of testing for aggregate materials, earthworks, steel, and welding. \*Familiarity with current regulations and procedures within the facility. \*English (desirable). \*Certifications or courses in quality control, material testing, ISO 9001 quality management, or similar are desirable. **We Offer:** \*Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \*Statutory benefits. \*Job stability. \*Opportunity for growth in industrial projects. \*Excellent working environment.
