Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring that CEPESMAR products meet quality standards through inspection, supervision, and detailed analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality standards through product inspection and analysis. 2. Conduct supervision and tracking of finished products and products in transit. 3. Generate quality reports for domestic and imported products. **Objective:** Guarantee that CEPESMAR’s domestic and imported products comply with established quality standards set forth in regulations and criteria, through inspection, supervision, sample analysis, and generation of detailed reports. **Responsibilities:** * Request products for inspection from the warehouse department. * Supervise and track finished products. * Quality inspection and tracking of products (Domestic/Imported). * Deliver quality reports for products (Domestic/Imported). * Analyze the volume of products to be inspected. * Monitor product temperature during transportation. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in quality control, food science, or related field. (Bachelor’s degree in Food Science preferred) * 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license (standard). **Skills and Competencies:** * Knowledge of quality inspection methodologies and techniques. * Basic proficiency in measurement and testing tools. * Sample size calculation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to operate a standard vehicle. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday.
