Conduct rigorous audits to identify potential errors or inconsistencies. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in internal audit \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large volumes of data. \- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with human resources and accounting teams. \- High levels of self-confidence and ability to work independently and under pressure. \- Analytical ability to efficiently and effectively identify and resolve problems. **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll records to ensure data accuracy and integrity, as well as vendor records of our clients. \- Identify potential errors or inconsistencies in payroll records and collaborate with relevant teams to correct them. \- Provide recommendations to improve payroll processes and ensure their efficiency and compliance. \- Maintain consistent and effective communication with human resources and accounting teams. \- Perform trend analysis and reporting to identify potential areas for improvement.
