Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to optimize resources, manage personnel, and ensure service quality at a tractor-trailer workshop. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical consultation and quality assurance **Company specializing in tractor-trailer distribution seeks:** **WORKSHOP MANAGER** **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience managing workshops * Experience managing personnel * Experience/Knowledge of tractor-trailer maintenance * Engineering/Bachelor’s degree or related field **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage available workshop resources to optimize service times, available personnel, and improve service area profitability. * Monitor service indicators (workshop dwell time, training, workshop productivity). * Track additional repairs identified during vehicle inspections for quotation and inform customers to enable timely repairs. * Generate profitability for the distributor. * Provide feedback on completed jobs and delivery dates to timely inform customers regarding their vehicles. * Schedule equipment calibration, maintenance of production facilities, and purchase of tools required for workshop operations. * Complete required training courses and enhance customer relations through training. * Coordinate roadside rescue dispatches. * Ensure quality of all work performed in the workshop through random quality checklists or road tests as applicable. * Advise technicians on high-complexity diagnostics and repairs, as well as on standard repair times, avoiding excessive wait times and ensuring proper repairs. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary + commissions * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Life insurance * Discounts at partner establishments * And more Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,825.08 – $23,986.39 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
