Responsibilities · Record material receipts, issuances, and transfers in the system. · Review material maximum and minimum stock levels. · Maintain internal physical records of material receipts and issuances. · Conduct monthly cyclic inventories. · Ensure proper product location within the warehouse. · Distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). · Issue uniforms to workers. · Report missing materials to immediate supervisor. · Report and/or notify non-compliance by staff requesting tools. · Track purchase orders placed with suppliers.
