Ensure customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues or complaints. 3\. Ensure the unit operates efficiently and effectively, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control in the absence of the Unit Manager. 4\. Cash register handling and cash control. 5\. Perform cash sales closing and deposit into the bank, plus closure of banking terminals. 6\. Ensure the unit is clean and in optimal operating condition, guaranteeing compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. 7\. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors. 8\. Authorize and perform cash movements to the security safe or automated cash collection teller. 9\. Safeguard and manage the unit’s petty cash fund. 10\. Pay suppliers. 11\. Monitor achievement of sales targets. 12\. Comply with organizational audits: Control, Quality, Hygiene, and Administrative. 13\.
