




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tire Manager in the transportation industry to oversee tire supply, durability, and maintenance, as well as train staff and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in tire selection, balancing, and tire traffic light system. 2. Control of tire supply, durability, and inventory. 3. Training for operators and process improvement. We are currently seeking a TIRE MANAGER for our business unit Fletes 53 to support the following activities: * Monitor tire supply and durability across fleet units * Generate purchase orders * Obtain quotations from external vulcanizers * Process invoices * Maintain up-to-date tire inventory * Train operators and other involved personnel on proper tire usage * Identify and propose improvements to tire maintenance and repair processes * Diagnose issues, evaluate performance, control expenses, and assess damage **Requirements:** * Experience in tire selection and balancing. * Experience with the tire traffic light system. * Experience in the transportation industry. * Proficient computer skills. * Adherence to procedures for scrapping defective tires. **We Offer:** \- Statutory benefits \- Weekly net salary \- Savings fund Work Schedule: Mon\-Fri 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm and Sat 8:00 am \- 1:30 pm Work Location: Aguafria, Nuevo León Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
