Promotion of continuous improvement and personnel management. **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise productive operations to ensure compliance with the production schedule, quality standards, and timely delivery to customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the daily production schedule, ensuring proper communication of priorities to Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments. * Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing to guarantee material availability and on-time deliveries. * Organize and assign work based on installed capacity, labor force, and raw materials. * Report daily to General Management on results, progress, and deviations from the plan. * Collaborate with Administrative Management to establish operational priorities. * Supervise production lines to ensure adherence to established schedules. * Monitor productivity and quality indicators to ensure achievement of targets. * Implement and maintain quality standards across all process stages. * Coordinate corrective actions in response to non-conformities. * Promote continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. * Participate in personnel selection, training, and evaluation. * Foster teamwork and address labor-related issues within the department. Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field. * Over 35 years of age. * Mandatory experience in the textile industry. * 3 to 5 years in a similar position. * Experience in production planning and KPI management. * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement. * Experience in personnel management. * Flexible working hours.
