




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technology Promoter Supervisor to lead project development and control, analyze KPIs, and manage field teams. Key Highlights: 1. This position is for you—we are looking for your talent as: **TECHNOLOGY PROMOTER SUPERVISOR** **You only need:** * 1–2 years’ experience as a technology promoter supervisor (mandatory) * Valid, up-to-date Tax Status Certificate under the “Salaries and Wages” tax regime **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development, planning, administration, and control of the National Merchandiser project * Assignment of activities per retail chain to the merchandiser team * Analysis of KPIs and proposal of actions to improve results * Route analysis according to commercial priorities * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities (Floor Managers, Store Managers) * Coordinate and support permit applications and assistance for installation, maintenance, and upkeep of fixtures, displays, screens, etc. * Planning, control, and administration of POP implementation * Review of productivity based on scheduled vs. completed visits * Ensure team compliance with service quality standards, training, and advisory practices per our established criteria * Follow up on incidents and resolve issues arising on store floors involving promoters, merchandisers, etc. * Supervise proper use of tools, equipment, and materials * Control material inventories and coordinate replenishment requests * Manage permits, documentation, and access required for field activities * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations * Provide ongoing training to field personnel on sales techniques, products, and technical procedures * Evaluate performance and deliver effective feedback * Foster a safe, productive, and results-oriented work environment * Plan schedules, routes, shifts, and staff distribution **Compensation Package:** * Gross monthly salary: $13,500.00 * Monthly transportation allowance: $2,500.00 * Monthly performance-based incentive: $11,000.00 * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM We are a company committed to the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
