Símbolos Patrios 5a, 3era Sección de las Moras, San Antonio de la Cal, Oaxaca **Position Type:** Full-time Job Objective To manage and lead the overall branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and inventory control targets in the auto parts and accessories business. Responsibilities / Commercial Management * Achievement of monthly sales targets. * Increase in average transaction value and gross margin. * Follow-up on customer portfolio (mechanic shops, fleet accounts, counter sales). * Development of cross-selling and complementary product strategies. * Identification of fast-moving and slow-moving products. Operational Management * Inventory control and supervision (maximum, minimum, and turnover levels). * Reduction of inventory shrinkage and discrepancies. * Supervision of orders, stock replenishment, and delivery timelines. * Review of critical stock items (high-demand parts). * Coordination with warehouse and procurement departments. Administrative Management * Analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Control of operational expenses. * Supervision of cash register closings. People Management * Supervision and training of counter staff. * Performance evaluation. * Ensuring proper implementation of the sales protocol. * Promoting a service-oriented culture and goal attainment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Monthly sales vs. target. * Inventory turnover rate. * Budget compliance. * Service level (customer wait time). Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in auto parts stores or automotive-related industries). * Knowledge of auto parts (suspension, brakes, engine, electrical systems, etc.). * Proficiency in sales/inventory management systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience managing personnel. * Results-oriented mindset with strong operational control focus.
