Manage and lead the jewelry branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets, delivery of an exceptional shopping experience, and proper management of staff and high-value products. **Responsibilities** * Lead and motivate the branch’s sales team. * Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and monthly goals. * Supervise proper display, care, and control of jewelry inventory. * Ensure personalized, high-level customer service. * Inventory control, cash handling, and operational reporting. * Training and performance monitoring of the team.
