If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- *To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior* ***Program Manager*** *located in* ***Flex******Guadalajara North site.****This role involves* working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.**What a typical day looks like:*** *Previous experience working on manufacturing company.* * *Strong experience in accounting financial management.* * *Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* * *In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* * *Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* * *Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.* * *Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.* * *Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.* * *Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P\&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.* * *In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.* * *Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.* * *Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.* * *Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.* * *Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.* * *Liaise with business development managers, global account managers, and senior management for pricing approval.* * *Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.* * *Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.* * *Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc).* * *Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
