Key role in operational and administrative supervision We seek a Restaurant Administrator with experience in restaurant operations and administration, focused on cost control, staff management, and customer service excellence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and meets its operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations (kitchen, bar, and dining area). Monitor revenues, expenses, cash reconciliation, and invoicing. Manage inventory, procurement, and suppliers. Coordinate and supervise staff (roles, incidents, and performance). Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs. Handle and follow up on customer complaints and satisfaction. Prepare administrative and operational reports. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a restaurant administrator or manager. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and cash handling. Experience managing operational staff. Basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.
