WE OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER GROWTH, STATUTORY BENEFITS, AND A PLEASANT WORK ENVIRONMENT. * **REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Skills in design, interior design, space planning and dimensioning. * Good taste in combining and handling materials, colors, and textures. * Honesty and responsibility. * Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and activity scheduling. * Proactive attitude, constantly generating solutions and improvements. * **OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct regular site visits to assigned construction projects to verify proper functioning and progress of construction processes. * Capture photographic evidence of key points throughout the construction processes. * Prepare timely progress reports for each construction project, reporting scope, complications, changes, or any other relevant aspects. * Verify that construction work is executed properly according to approved plans and drawings. * Monitor and supervise purchase orders for materials and contracted services related to various construction projects. * Coordinate material and construction supply orders and deliveries to expedite processes and minimize errors. * Verify proper use and supply of materials and supplies on-site, maintaining updated inventories and control sheets to prevent petty theft. * Supervise subordinate workers such as masons, painters, carpenters, plumbers, welders, cleaning staff, etc., as well as any other personnel performing tasks across different construction processes. * Ensure safety, cleanliness, and order are maintained on-site, promoting optimal working conditions and minimizing risks. * Coordinate cleaning and landscaping teams. * Prepare a final home delivery report including tests of installations and finishes throughout the entire house, ensuring fully completed houses (100%) are delivered without defects. * Follow up on and address warranty claims regarding hidden defects. * Perform any other work-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * **EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Architectural drafting of residential homes and any other construction project assigned. * Review architectural projects prepared by external architecture firms to identify errors, required modifications, or any necessary changes promptly and prior to construction commencement, thereby improving and optimizing resources. * Preparation of executive files to obtain construction permits and licenses *(logbooks, reports, generators, quotations, construction schedules, etc.)* * Carry out any administrative procedures related to construction projects to ensure organized and responsible project initiation and completion *(plan approvals with authorities, bond refunds, construction kick-offs, project modifications, etc.)* * Development of carpentry and fenestration elevations. * Interior rendering to complement ongoing construction projects.
