If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next\-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **We are seeking:** REGIONAL SALES MANAGER **Position Objective:** Coordinate and execute the strategic sales plan for tractor, rigid, and vocational trucks within the assigned region; responsible for achieving the volume and profitability targets defined by the company. Coordinate the regional team of sales consultants as well as dealership sales promoters. Maintain relationships with CANACAR and ANTP; periodically visit active and potential customers; provide technical support and advisory services to customers regarding products; conduct external visits; negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions; and serve as liaison with financial institutions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Degree holder. * **Experience:** \+7 years in commercial roles, consultative sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive, transportation, heavy machinery, or B2B sectors. * **Language:** Advanced English. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead the team of Dealership Consultants and Promoters within the assigned region, ensuring proper execution of the commercial strategy. * Manage and conduct visits to active and potential customers to close new business deals, jointly with dealership promoters. * Plan and organize the team’s visit schedule and interactions with dealership executives using CRM tools. * Ensure and coordinate technical support to customers, in collaboration with the Service Network Team and Volvo Trucks. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making. * Monitor and guide the team on pricing, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with the Business Plan. * Provide end-to-end follow-up on prospecting, quotations, orders, pro\-invoices, purchase orders, financing, down payments, and unit allocations. * Supervise and validate visit reports, expense reports, and internal reports, actively participating in commercial and sales leadership meetings.
