Job Summary: This position involves supervising the receipt and storage of raw materials, managing inventory, coordinating distribution to production, and leading the warehouse team, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of raw material receipt, storage, and distribution. 2. Inventory management with control and precision. 3. Team supervision and compliance with safety regulations. Receipt and Storage Supervise the receipt of raw materials and ensure their proper storage in accordance with established procedures. Verify the quality and quantity of received materials to ensure compliance with required specifications. Inventory Control Manage and maintain up-to-date records of raw material inventory in the warehouse. Conduct periodic physical inventories to ensure data accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocks. Record material and product withdrawals. Support inventory counting and verification activities. Distribution and Supply Coordinate internal distribution of raw materials to production areas according to production orders and process requirements. Ensure timely supply of materials to production lines. Personnel Management and Safety Supervise the warehouse team, assign tasks, and ensure a safe and orderly work environment. Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards for material handling and storage. Purchasing Monitor and track all purchase orders. Maintain continuous communication with suppliers. Keep the supplier database current and updated. Identify and procure indirect materials. Documentation Enter invoices into the system. Assign labels to products and materials.
