




Job Summary: Responsible for developing and updating internal processes, validating operations, and supervising corporate standards to ensure quality and purchasing experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure consistency in customer service and purchasing experience 2. Validate compliance with corporate quality guidelines 3. Implement and oversee General Motors Operating Standards (GMOS) **FUNCTIONS** * Develop and update internal processes to ensure consistency in customer service and purchasing experience. * Validate that operations comply with corporate quality guidelines. * Implement and oversee General Motors Operating Standards (GMOS) across all dealer departments. * Develop and update internal processes to ensure consistency in customer service and purchasing experience. * Validate that operations comply with corporate quality guidelines. **EXPERIENCE** * Knowledge and experience in quality and service (preferably in automotive dealership operations) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience **EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM BASE SALARY $15,000 GROSS PLUS COMMISSIONS Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
