The candidate will develop close relationships with the medical and nursing departments of hospitals, sanatoriums, and clinics, meeting with them in person to present our products and address customer comments and/or questions by providing personalized, expert advice. Therefore, the candidate is expected to be willing to learn and thoroughly understand our products so as to promote them effectively and respond knowledgeably to any customer questions or concerns. Additionally, the candidate is expected to understand the company’s culture and functions in order to convey them accurately to customers and foster a relationship built on mutual trust and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities** * Promote the company’s manufactured and distributed products through visits to relevant medical personnel, distributing brochures, leaflets, and product samples to support sales. * Address customer comments and/or questions regarding the products offered. * Provide post-sales customer service—responding to questions, comments, and concerns; following up on purchases; and ensuring successful completion. * Understand product functionality and applicable manufacturing standards to communicate this information clearly to customers and respond to their questions and concerns. * Build customer confidence and assurance, establishing a professional working relationship grounded in mutual trust and respect. **Job Competencies** * ***Effective Communication.*** The candidate must be able to express ideas clearly, persuasively, and appropriately tailored to customers and the environment. * ***Sales and Negotiation Techniques.*** Ability to apply consultative selling strategies, handle objections, and close deals effectively. * ***Customer Portfolio Management.*** Skill in managing, retaining, and engaging customers while maintaining a professional demeanor. * ***Professional Ethics.*** The candidate must act honestly and transparently throughout the sales process. * ***Service Orientation.*** Genuine interest in addressing and satisfying customer needs. * ***Product Knowledge.*** The candidate must understand the product’s usage, indications, benefits, and technical specifications. **General Requirements** * ***Education*** Bachelor’s degree (completed) or current student in health sciences, medicine, nursing, chemistry, biology, or business administration. * ***Experience*** Prior work experience in sales or the medical field. * ***Language*** Spanish English (Optional) * ***Age*** 25 – 40 years old * ***Technology Proficiency*** Proficiency in PC use, Microsoft Office suite, email, and mobile phone. * ***Benefits*** All legally mandated benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract Travel Availability: * 75% (Desirable) Work Location: On the road
