Must guarantee optimization of resources and processes, ensuring correct repetition and standardization of projects. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Base salary starting at $40,000 net per month, highly negotiable and subject to increase based on demonstrable experience. * Statutory benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **WORK LOCATION** * **Morelia, Michoacán.** * Working hours from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. **REQUIREMENTS** * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Courses or specializations in project management, construction, or works management. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing series or repetitive projects. * ***Minimum 3 years’ job stability in most recent positions. IMPORTANT*** **EXPERIENCE** * Experience supervising work teams and managing personnel. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, and project planning. **COMPETENCIES** * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, among others). * Knowledge of construction regulations, safety, and quality standards. * Experience managing procurement processes and supplier contracting. * Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing resources and time. * Strong communication skills with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. * Ability to identify and resolve issues during project execution. * Focus on achieving project objectives while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets. **Availability:** Willingness to travel to various project sites as required by the project. **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to different types of series projects, constantly seeking process and outcome improvements.
