DESCRIPTION **PLANT MANAGER** ================== **Location:** Apodaca, N.L. **Salary:** $40,000 to $48,000 monthly **net** (depending on experience). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Required schedule availability** ### **Requirements** * Relevant engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or similar). * Prior experience managing plant operations. ### **Experience and knowledge** * Logistics and control of production processes. * Knowledge of **welding**. * General building maintenance. * Basic and corrective **electrical** work. * Application of **industrial paint**. * **Assembly** processes. * Operation and knowledge of **lathes and machinery**. * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Supervision of operational staff. ### **Responsibilities** * Oversee the **overall plant operation**. * Plan and schedule daily and weekly production. * Assign and delegate tasks to operational staff. * Supervise compliance with **quality standards**, safety, and internal regulations. * Coordinate and monitor equipment, machinery, and facility maintenance. * Monitor and analyze **key production indicators** (efficiency, cycle times, waste). * Implement **continuous improvement** actions to optimize processes. * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and resources. * Support resolution of technical and operational issues on the shop floor. * Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the plant. * Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement, administration) to achieve objectives. ### **We offer** * **Salary:** $40,000 to $48,000 monthly **net** (depending on experience). * **Weekly payment**. * Paid overtime. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms.
