Perform accounting and financial reconciliations Job ID: 2015532 Career Area: Finance Job Category: Salaried Location: FCA Mexico – Santa Fe Corporate Services 1210, MX Date Posted: March 9, 2026 Brand: FCA Group Responsibilities: * Reviews, analyses, and controls of the Savings Fund; Complementary Retirement Plan (Complementary Retirement Plan “PCR”); and Alimony Payments. * Union dues payment process; basic food basket payment; transportation assistance; and uploading information on payments made to the union to Human Resources. * Meal voucher and restaurant voucher processes (for both salaried and unionized employees). * Recording and inquiry regarding stock purchases by salaried and unionized employees. * Recovery process of funds from Banamex Trustee to Stellantis. * Parameter changes in the NOMI system to execute all payroll processes. * Weekly and biweekly payroll closings for unionized workers and salaried employees respectively, including incorporation of fixed and variable payroll items into the NOMI system. * Monthly payroll closing across all locations in Mexico. * Annual closing of the Savings Fund for disbursement to salaried and unionized employees. * Reconciliation of all payroll receipts for salaried and unionized personnel versus payroll accumulations and those stamped in the Tax Administration System. * Analysis of exempt and taxable amounts. * Accounting entries in the PSAP accounting system. – Submit and reconcile weekly, biweekly, and scholarship payroll receipt stamps. – Generate corresponding forms for fund transfers and obtain signatures for authorization of the Complementary Retirement Plan, Savings Fund, Payroll, and Special Payments. – Prepare special and extraordinary payroll payments (e.g., payroll separations and PCR payments). – Prepare checks and payment orders for payroll-related items. – Upload information into bank systems to execute regular and special payroll payments. – Prepare and coordinate the annual PTU closing. – Submit information for treasury balance reconciliation and follow-up on check cancellation across all locations. – Quarterly reconciliations (One Stream). – Employee support. – Ensure SOX compliance in daily activities.
