Gas, is seeking: ***Operations Analyst: REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Industrial or Logistics Engineering degree. * Flexible working hours. * Excellent attitude. * Teamwork skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Finalize daily settlements for tanker truck routes. * Document, validate, and archive daily settlements in digital and physical folders. * Report any shortages or discrepancies in tanker truck settlements. * Provide support for operational reports required by the Operations Department. * Enter purchase requisitions as required by the Operations Department. * Generate reports on incoming hydrocarbon transport vehicles at the plant for unloading. * Monitor units in real time to ensure timely and proper service delivery. * Perform calibration of dock scales. * Inspect tanker truck seals upon plant entry and exit. * Inspect tanker truck seals inside the plant. * Safeguard and issue mobile phones to tanker trucks. * Deliver documents to tanker trucks according to current regulations: transport letter, transfer invoice, and load sheets.
