




At **MEXALIT**, we are seeking a **Marketing Analyst** to cover a **maternity leave**, providing operational and administrative support for the Marketing Department’s key initiatives. **Main Responsibilities** * Social media management and content creation. * Website maintenance and optimization. * Planning and tracking of the Marketing Department’s activity calendar. * Administrative process control and tracking: vendor onboarding, purchase orders, payments, quotations, and contracts. * Planning and coordination of marketing material shipments (samples, display units, and POP materials). * Development of sales tools and promotional materials. * Control and maintenance of promotional item inventory. * Tracking of graphic design projects. * Administration and updating of marketing materials: logos, catalogs, technical sheets, manuals, videos, and presentations. * Management of marketing-related credit memos. * Management and execution of the purchase order process. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Essential proficiency in **Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and CapCut**. * Strong administrative skills, organization, and follow-up ability. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits. * Excellent work environment. **Apply through this channel and join our team.** Job Type: Fixed-term or project-based position Salary: $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
