




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in comprehensive property management and equipment supervision to ensure operational continuity of a shopping center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages maintenance planning and budgeting strategies. 2. Leads and motivates the maintenance team. 3. Supervises preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. ENTRO COMERCIAL \- PLAZA PUERTO PARAISO located in Los Cabos (next to the Marina) Currently seeking: "Maintenance Manager" We offer: * Monthly gross salary of $45,000 / biweekly payroll payment * Direct employment contract with the shopping center / not an agency or outsourcing firm * Benefits from day one / 100% IMSS registration * Shift from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (2-hour lunch break), midweek rest day Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in similar roles and activities, verifiable in PROPERTY MAINTENANCE * (personnel management, inventory control, budgeting, internal and external vendors, special event installations, plumbing, drywall, electrical work, painting, furniture, finishes, and specialized tasks) * Valid official documentation (INE, IMSS, CURP, RFC, employment references) * Flexible schedule and commuting availability; preference for candidates residing in Los Cabos; transportation is self-managed. Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our specialized equipment * (generators, power plants, freight elevators, pumping systems, elevators, etc.) * Organize and supervise general maintenance including masonry, hydrosanitary systems, plumbing, landscaping, drywall, welding, electrical systems, etc. * Supervise maintenance performed by external vendors and ensure quality of work delivered. * Support leadership of the maintenance team to guarantee efficiency and quality in work execution. * Manage maintenance planning and budgeting strategies to optimize resources. * Ensure operational continuity of the shopping center and make timely, effective decisions. * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Administer the maintenance department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate with the procurement department to fulfill maintenance requirements for the shopping center. * Oversee various maintenance areas (special installations, façades, shopping center maintenance) Apply through this channel or visit us for an interview with your job application at our administrative offices inside the shopping center, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
