***LP GAS MAINTENANCE MANAGER*** **JOIN BUTANE GAS!** Butane Gas, a 100% Mexican company, is looking for your talent. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the LP Gas plant’s facilities, equipment, and systems through planning, execution, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for facilities, equipment, and vehicle units, in compliance with current regulations and optimized resource utilization. **Duties:** * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance programs, assigning tentative completion dates to required tasks based on forecasted workloads. * Maintain the storage area and its contents in good condition. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks. * Develop strategies to meet departmental needs. * Inspect all areas of the facilities to identify any potential issues. * Train and supervise maintenance technicians. * Supervise all repairs and ensure they are completed correctly and on time. * Properly track all repair and maintenance work. * Ensure adherence to the department’s assigned budget. * Reconcile equipment and material inventories. * Review signage and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Control and supervise tool inventories and their condition. * Issue purchase orders for materials required by the department. **Skills and Education:** * AutoCAD proficiency (Intermediate level) * Excel proficiency (Advanced level) * Decision-making ability * Planning and coordination across specialties * Quality and finish supervision **Competencies:** * Common sense * Analytical thinking * Organized * Professional appearance **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Architecture or Civil Engineering degree * Experience managing personnel * Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility maintenance * Age 30–50 * Valid driver’s license **We Offer:** * Fixed weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Direct employment contract with the company * Option for an indefinite-term contract **Job Information** * Full-time position * Schedule: Monday to Saturday ***If you meet the requirements and are interested, please attach your CV with updated contact information and professional references.*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
