Knowledge: o **Essential experience in Logistics and Transportation, including management and contracting of external services.** o Coordination of external warehouses o Knowledge of supply chain for food products o Service and follow-up with external providers of refrigerated or dry transportation. o Procurement requests and quotations for purchases and external services Responsibilities: o Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation processes to ensure timely product delivery. o Support tracking and analysis of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer performance. o Participate in data collection and report preparation to support supply chain KPIs. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
