We are seeking a kitchen warehouse clerk for a fine dining restaurant. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper supply, storage, control, and rotation of kitchen supplies and materials, guaranteeing quality, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices. * Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and condition. * Conduct physical inventories (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Implement the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. * Maintain order and cleanliness in cold storage rooms and the warehouse. * Monitor temperatures in refrigerators and freezers. * Fulfill internal kitchen requisitions. * Report shortages, losses, or spoiled products. **Candidate Profile:** Education: Completed secondary school or high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage warehousing. * Basic inventory management knowledge. * Experience handling cold storage rooms (preferred). * Knowledge: * Inventory control. * Hygienic food handling. * FIFO. * Basic Excel or inventory system proficiency. * Hygiene and safety standards. **Work Location:** Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón.
