Application of FIFO system **Job Objective:** Ensure proper supply, storage, control, and rotation of kitchen supplies and materials, guaranteeing quality, order, and compliance with hygiene standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices. * Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and conditions. * Conduct physical inventories (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Apply FIFO system (First In, First Out). * Maintain order and cleanliness in cold rooms and warehouse. * Monitor temperatures in refrigerators and freezers. * Fulfill internal kitchen requisitions. * Record incoming and outgoing items in designated systems or forms. * Report shortages, losses, or defective products. * Support internal audits. **Candidate Profile: Education:** * Completed secondary school or high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in food and beverage warehouse. * Basic knowledge of inventory management. * Experience handling cold storage units (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Inventory control. * Hygienic food handling. * FIFO. * Basic Excel or inventory system proficiency. * Hygiene and safety standards.
