




Position Summary: Comprehensive management and supervision of the parts department, ensuring inventory control, supply chain efficiency, and customer service, aligned with dealership standards. Experience in automotive parts and administrative systems. **Position Objective:** To comprehensively manage and supervise the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely supply, and appropriate service to both internal and external customers, aligned with dealership standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels. * Coordinate purchasing, ordering, and follow-up with suppliers and brands. * Supervise parts receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Provide technical support to service and sales departments as required. * Prepare reports on stock levels, turnover, and consumption. * Lead and coordinate the parts department staff. * Identify opportunities for improvement in costs, processes, and delivery times. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in automotive parts or a similar role. * Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and administrative systems. * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented, organized, and detail-focused. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems. **Offer:** * Base salary plus monthly commissions * Statutory benefits and additional benefits * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
