Interdepartmental coordination A prominent metal-mechanical company is seeking: PLANT MANAGER To coordinate, supervise, and optimize the company’s operational processes to ensure efficient achievement of goals, service/product quality, and customer satisfaction, while guaranteeing appropriate use of available resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily operational area activities. * Coordinate on-time and accurate order deliveries. * Review engineering department drawings. * Supervise compliance with quality procedures and standards. * Assign resources (personnel, materials, equipment) efficiently. * Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Coordinate with other departments (logistics, warehouse, maintenance, procurement) to guarantee operational efficiency. * Support training of operational staff. * Prepare operational reports and present them to management. * Coordinate on-time and accurate order deliveries.
