Coordinate and ensure deliveries to customers, optimizing costs and complying with deadlines and quality policies. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure timely dispatch with complete documentation so that deliveries are made on time and according to customer requirements. * Ensure full recovery of delivery acknowledgments, as well as their timely submission for billing to customers. * Generate relevant information for measuring performance, identifying issues, and continuously improving the dispatch area. * Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. Experience * Logistics and distribution (shipments, deliveries, cargo records, etc.) – 2 years * Domestic land transportation (heavy-duty transport) – 2 years * Order and distribution management (purchase orders, inventory levels). Knowledge * Document control and invoicing. * Basic Excel (databases, tables, indicator reporting). * Personnel management.
