




Inventory Analyst We are a major food industry company located in the municipality of Tepotzotlán, and we are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team immediately. FUNCTIONS: Ensure comprehensive management of physical inventory to fulfill each order on time and as scheduled. Track products, identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Review and authorize merchandise orders for each delivery and receipt. Ensure appropriate stock levels in the warehouse. Record goods’ entry, exit, and tracking in the system (SAE). Receive weekly reports on initial and final inventory from the warehouse. Conduct analysis and reconciliation between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. Review discrepancy reports on tickets related to shortages or overages of products in the warehouse, validated by the commercial department. Track products under warranty. Monthly inventory report at the end of each month. Monitor and control internal movements of goods (entries, exits, and transfers). Monthly physical inventories at the product warehouse—scheduled, cyclical, and random—with submission of respective reports and implementation of necessary corrective actions, reported to the commercial department and General Management. Manage, administer, and safeguard inventories, ensuring proper handling of merchandise. Promptly detect improper practices in inventory management. We require your expertise supported by the following knowledge and experience: **Inventory Management Software Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel is essential, as well as specialized inventory management software (ORACLE). Ability to record, update, and analyze inventory data. **Warehouse Procedures Knowledge:** Understanding of storage principles, inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and warehouse organization. Ability to conduct cyclical and general inventories. Basic logistics knowledge. Basic quality control knowledge. **Counting and Verification Skills:** Accuracy in physical counting of products. Ability to identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. SKILLS: **Attention to Detail:** Critical to avoid errors in inventory recording and counting. **Organization and Methodology:** Ability to maintain warehouse order and follow established procedures. **Basic Mathematical Skills:** Ability to perform basic calculations related to inventory. **Analytical Ability:** Skill to identify patterns and trends in inventory data. Ability to quickly resolve problems. **Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly with other team members and report any issues or discrepancies. **Teamwork:** Collaboration with other departments, such as procurement and logistics. **Responsibility and Commitment:** Completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Technical or High School Diploma in Logistics, or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field. 2 years’ experience in CEDIS or Consumer Centers. Intermediate-level proficiency in ORACLE and Excel. On-site work. **WE OFFER:** Base monthly salary. Statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company.
