Important company, specialist in providing industrial cafeteria services, is seeking: **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT** WORK LOCATION: 5 minutes from Barranca del Muerto metro station **WE OFFER:** * Net monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work modality: In-person * Free cafeteria service (meals) * Statutory benefits **OBJECTIVE** Provide direct support to the Human Resources Management team in coordinating, monitoring, and controlling administrative and operational activities within the department, ensuring compliance with internal policies, effective communication, and efficient information management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the Human Resources Manager’s schedule, meetings, conferences, and commitments. * Prepare minutes, reports, and executive presentations. * Coordinate logistics for internal events, training sessions, and departmental activities. * Control purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payment tracking related to the department. * Organize, update, and safeguard physical and digital departmental files. * Monitor management indicators (turnover, absenteeism, hiring, etc.). * Support the preparation of monthly reports and internal or external audits **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions or administrative support roles within HR. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and human resources management systems. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes. * Excellent writing skills, discretion, and organizational ability.
