**Company dedicated to the Purchase \- Sale of Industrial Waste Seeks:** Position: Payroll Incident Analyst We are looking for a **Payroll Incident Analyst** with experience in personnel administration, who ensures accurate recording and control of payroll incidents, complying with the **Federal Labor Law (FLL)** and guidelines from the **Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)**. **Requirements:** Age: 23 to 35 years old Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Psychology FLL/NOM 035 Communication, leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. * Prior experience in payroll incidents or personnel administration. * **Demonstrable knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL)**. * Experience handling incidents before the **IMSS**. * **Knowledge of and ability to process ST\-7 forms**. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and payroll system experience. * High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. * Communication and follow-up skills. **General Activities:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect, validate, and record payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, disabilities, leaves, bonuses, and incentives). * Follow up on and address IMSS-related incidents. * **Prepare, respond to, and follow up on ST\-7 forms (Medical Attention Notice and Probable Work Risk Assessment)**. * Ensure compliance with the **FLL**, internal policies, and payroll schedules. * Coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure accurate incident recording. * Support pre-payroll calculation review and validation. * Maintain updated information in Human Capital and payroll systems. * Prepare administrative reports and controls for the area. * Manage and maintain effective training records. * Organize events. * Track leaves, absences, and disabilities. * Design and coordinate training programs. * Evaluate performance and propose improvement strategies for work teams. * Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values. * Organize birthday celebrations. **We Offer:** **Uniforms, Cafeteria, Weekly Salary, Medical Service** Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based, Indefinite Term Salary: Starting at $2,400\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Savings fund * Company parking * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * How far are you from Canoa?
